For the past few months, I’ve been working to increase my protein intake. Once in a while, I’ll play around with protein shakes as a tasty way to mix things up a bit. These are three of my favorite recipes, the kids agree, they taste just like dessert!
Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

Yum! This is so good, tastes just like the real deal!
This recipe makes 2 servings with 18 grams of protein each.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Homemade Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup Homemade Cottage Cheese
12-14 Frozen Strawberries (about 2 cups)
1/3 cup Six S Dairy Raw Milk
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 cup Ice
2 Six S Dairy Egg Yolks
Dash of Vanilla
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1 Sheet Crushed Graham Cracker
Freshly Whipped Raw Six S Dairy Cream
Steps:
Add everything to a blender except the cream.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to cups or pint mason jars, top with whipped cream.
Enjoy!!
Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

I know, I know, it's not fall yet! But let me tell you, this shake will make you wish it was! It's like pumpkin pie in a glass!
It has an awesome 22 grams of protein per serving and it's very filling.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Six S Dairy Raw Milk
1/2 cup Homemade Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Canned Pumpkin
1/3 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1.5 tbsp Natural Almond Butter
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pinch Redmonds Real Salt
Steps:
Add everything to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with fresh raw whipped cream if you’d like.
Enjoy!!
Chocolate Cheesecake Protein Shake

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Homemade Raw Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Homemade Greek Yogurt
1.5 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
4 tbsp Raw Six S Dairy Cream
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
2 Six S Dairy Egg Yolks
1 cup Ice
Steps:
Add everything to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
