When I find I’m running short on time and need a quick meal that packs a huge nutritional punch, this smoothie is what I reach for.

It’s loaded with protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, probiotics, Omega 3’s, and healthy fats.

Bonus, it tastes like dessert! It’s a perfect treat for both your taste buds and your health!

If you’re new to drinking homemade kefir, be sure to start out slow, maybe only add 1/4 cup to your smoothie. Kefir is packed with such powerful probiotics, that if you drink too much when you’re new to it, it can cause a healing crisis which I can tell you from personal experience is no fun! Our Favorite Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Kefir made with Fresh Six S Dairy Raw Milk

  • 1/2 cup Raw Six S Dairy Cream (skimmed from the top of your milk jar)

  • 1 Six S Dairy Free Range Egg Yolk

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Organic Raspberries

  • 1 spoonful Raw Organic Coconut Oil

  • 1 spoonful Local Raw Honey

  • 1-2 scoops Collagen Powder

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  • Enjoy!
