Every few weeks I throw ham with mashed potatoes and gravy on the menu for a special weeknight treat.
The last time I made it, we were all talking about how good it tasted to us, more like having a holiday meal than a week night meal, and I commented how I loved making it because it was so easy.
Brent suggested that the next time I make it I make a quick video to share with all of you how easy it was to make such a delicious meal.
So here you have it! A glimpse into what an average Wednesday evening looks like inside our farmhouse!
I should mention, if you forget to take your ham steaks out of the freezer, you can totally put them right in the Instant Pot frozen, no need to adjust cooking time.
