Instant Pot* Chicken Casserole

This is a perfect recipe to use up leftover chicken or if you've made your broth from a
stewing hen, you can use the meat from the hen. I seriously don't measure anything
except the noodles and the broth when I make this, so just toss in whatcha got handy! And
use whatever veggies your kiddos prefer.
Ingredients:
1-2 cups Diced Cooked Six S Dairy Chicken
3 - 6 cups Diced Veggies (we prefer Corn and Green Beans)
16 oz Egg Noodles or Elbow Noodles
4 cups Chicken Bone Broth
1-2 tsp Salt
1 cup Six S Dairy Raw Cream or Whole Milk
Steps:
Place Chicken, Veggies, Noodles, Broth, and Salt in Instant Pot*
Cook on manual high for 5 minutes
Manual quick release pressure
Stir in cream
Let rest on "keep warm" setting for a few minutes to thicken or until
ready to eat.

Instant Pot* Goulash

This is our Monday night staple! Monday nights seem to be when it all "hits the fan" and as
long as I have my ground beef thawed I know that I can have a hearty meal on the table in
less than a half hour.
Ingredients:
1 lb Six S Dairy Ground Beef
16 oz Elbow Noodles
1 Qt Spaghetti Sauce
1 Qt Beef or Chicken Bone Broth
Steps:
Using "saute" function, brown ground beef
Turn pot off and add noodles, spaghetti sauce, and broth
Cook on manual high for 3 minutes
Manual quick release pressure
Let rest on "keep warm" setting for a few minutes to thicken or until
ready to eat.

Instant Pot* Cheesy Sausage Stew

Ingredients:
1 lb Six S Dairy Breakfast Sausage
4 Medium Potatoes Diced (about 1 1/4 lbs)
4 cups corn
1 qt Chicken or Pork Bone Broth
1 Small Onion chopped
1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Steps:
Using "saute" function, cook and crumble sausage
Turn pot off and add potatoes, corn, broth, onion, & Worcestershire
Cook on manual high for 8 minutes
Manual quick release pressure
Gently mash potatoes if desired
Stir in cheese until melted
Let rest on "keep warm" setting for a few minutes to thicken or until
ready to eat.

Instant Pot* Mac & Cheese

There are days my kids beg me to make this recipe. It's only about 25 min from
start to finish, so it's a major win when you need something quick to feed the
kiddos!
Ingredients:
16 oz Elbow Macaroni
3 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Salt
4 cups Chicken Bone Broth
2 cups Shredded Cheddar
1 cup Six S Dairy Raw Milk or Cream
Steps:
Place noodles, butter, salt and broth into Instant Pot*
Cook on manual high for 4 minutes
Manual quick release pressure
Take the lid off and set the pot on saute
Stir in cream and then add cheese
Stir until cheese is melted and well combined
Return pot to "keep warm"
